Types of Care
Following are the types of care that we provide:
- Personal care
- Nursing care for the frail elderly
- Dementia care
- Respite care
- Intermediate care
We accept both privately funded residents and those receiving
income support.
- The ethos of our homes is to ensure that individuality is
preserved - privacy, dignity and the right to choice are respected
at all times.
- Safety and care of our residents is of paramount importance to
us.
- General Practitioners visit regularly are always on hand day or
night if needed.
- There is access on request for the following: Rehabilitation
Therapy, Dentist (including 6 monthly visits ), Optician,
Chiropodist, Speech Therapist.
- Aromatherapy and reflexology can be arranged on
request.
- Standards are monitored; there is an open complaints procedure
& relatives forum which is actively supported.
- Residents' have the choice of spending time in their room,
socialising and interacting with other residents in the
lounges, or enjoying the beauty and serenity of the garden and
patio areas.
Personal Care

Residents, their relatives and friends are all actively
encouraged to participate in creating a holistic care plan |
Respite Care

We offer short term residency, perhaps a week or two, to allow
home carers to take a break or to cover periods when they are
unavailable. |
Intermediate Care
|
Short term care of up to six weeks - to relieve pressure on
hospital beds or whilst a patient is assessed for a placement in a
residential or nursing care home |
A pre-assessment of all residents care needs is carried out
prior to coming to our homes.
To ensure the needs of residents are fully met, our staff are
qualified and trained to give high quality care 24 hours.
